Grandview's Adult Day Center presents the perfect solution to providing care and socialization for adults who would otherwise be isolated in their homes.  It allows them the independence of living at home by providing a social outlet where they will receive proper nutrition, social interactions, and health monitoring by trained staff.

Grandview Adult Day Cneter is a service provided by Grandview Christian Ministries.  It is currently located within First Baptist Church in Cambridge.  Services are available to people in Cambridge and the surrounding communities.  The center is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Programming is designed to provide socialization with an emphasis on mental and physical function.  The benefits of this program are twofold:  first, the particpants benefit from the supportive services offered at the Day Center, and second, the caregiver at home receives a needed break to catch up on rest, go shoping, attend to other family needs, or continue with outside employment.

Supportive services such as health education, nursing assessment, therapies, nutrition education, therapeutic diets, assistance with personal cares and spiritual care are provided.  These services are available to all participants of the Adult Day Center.

The Adult Day Center program is open to all adults who qualify and is available five days a week.  Participants may come as often as they choose for a full day or half day program.
